GIVER (n.) 

A person who is constantly thinking of others and the world around them;
A person who is compelled to give, even when they don't receive equally in return;
A person who knows they can't "win" until everyone is "winning";
A person who knows our inter-dependence is our superpower.

You are probably a Giver if...

You have great gifts and talents that have not been valued in the world as it is;
You are judged for not having the financial/societal "success" to show for your efforts;
You have learned to survive with very little, and deeply desire to thrive in a way that works in harmony for all;
You have been misunderstood because your internal compass and value system don't allow you to "play the game" the way society expects you to;
You have felt alone because you are different from everyone around you;
You deeply feel the pain of the world, and don't have the ability to numb it or tune it out – rather, you feel compelled to be part of the solutions we need;
All you want is to serve and be valued for your innate gifts.

This is the first and only community created by Givers for Givers.

For a long time, Givers have been trying to survive in a world that values the game of "Monopoly" – where one person wins at the expense of the many. Givers are not wired to play this game! Givers are only able to play the game of "Prosperity" – where we only win when we all win.

Together, in the Giver's Alliance, we will create the blueprint for Givers thriving globally!

Finally, a place where Givers can be safe to be ourselves – because we are surrounded by other Givers who "get it" and want the same!

What to Expect in The Giver's Alliance:

COMMUNITY

• You are not alone anymore! Be surrounded by a community of fellow Givers who you can trust to be yourself around – because at their core, they operate the same way as you.
• Co-create the blueprint for what it looks like to live in a Giver World – where we all lift each other up, where we receive as much as we give, where we honor the necessity and the gift of reciprocity in order to truly live in harmony.

SAFE SPACE

• In The Giver's Alliance we leave our weapons at the door – the weapons of judgement, labels, binary viewpoints, absolutes, right-and-wrong games, and more. This is a space where we are free to be ourselves fully, and where we let others do the same.
• As we lean into this safe space, we also lay down the shield we so often carry to protect ourselves on the battlefields of life. We developed these protective mechanisms for a reason – because we have been taken advantage of before. We have been being the right way around the wrong people – now we get to feel what it's like to be ourselves around others who will reciprocate our giving nature. Here, around fellow Givers, we get to relieve ourselves of the burden of these overprotective boundaries and fully be ourselves. 

SHARING OUR WISDOM

• In The Giver's Alliance we dissolve the traditional polarity of learning and leadership – we are all the teacher AND the student; we don't play "follow the leader", we play "follow the leader within."
• Everyone here has immense wisdom to offer. In The Giver's Alliance you are invited to generously share the wisdom that you have gleaned in your life, and are offered the opportunity to learn from the wisdom offerings of your fellow Givers.

Your "Payment" is your Presence & Participation

We recognize that money is not the area where many Givers are overflowing (yet!)
We do not want to put a strain on your finances, or put a monetary value on this community. Your greatest value is Who You Are – your greatest payment to this community is your presence and participation!
